General information
		We ship to anywhere worldwide from Bandenba Hong Kong. Ready-made Watchstraps ship within 2-4 business days. For Tailor-Made straps, time for fabricating an order is around 14 days (most of the orders are completed and shipped out earlier than 14 days; however we regret sometimes some delay can be caused due to back-ordering.
		As an option, add US$25.00 to your order's total for express shipping. Shipment will go either by UPS Express service OR speed post as determined by us and delivery takes 2-3 days (online tracking available). Please adjust your order's total when submitting payment. At the same time, e-mail us (info@bandenba.com) separately by typing your order reference # and 'Express shipping' in the subject line.
		Quantity purchase incurrs only one shipping charge.
		Prices are in US currency.

Tips for Product Search
		Since Bandenba.com contains a huge product database, the Product Search is a useful tool to search a targeted product rather than going through page by page within the site. By specifying a cateria such as type of skin/leather (example: alligator, crocodile...) or color (example: black, brown...), the product search will bring up all related results within seconds and thus it's quick and easy. Search a lug width? Type /?? (?? denotes the lug in mm, such as "/18")

How to order Ready-Made and Tailor-Made watchstraps online
		Complete the order form and fill in your requirement. We will verify your request and provide payment instructions per return.
		For detailed instructions, click on 'proceed order' on any watchstrap and it will take you to a guidance for custom watchstraps.

Return policy
		We hope that what you purchased is exactly you want. However we cannot accept returns of custom made items, unless the reason for return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part, in which case we will repair or replace the item to your satisfaction. You will have to package the returned item/s carefully and send back in its original condition by express delivery service with a tracking # at your own expense. Please enclose an explanation of what is wrong. Bandenba will undertake to ship back the repaired or replaced item/s. Prior to returning an item, please e-mail us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. The number should be written on return envelope. Any returned items that are not accompanied by a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. If in the case of a refund, the shipping fee from any order is non-refundable. How To

Change your watch strap


	REMOVING OLD STRAP Work from the back of the watch, and maintain a grip on the watch and strap with the hand not holding the tool. Insert the forked end of a spring bar tool and work the tip in and pushing a bit of the existing strap out of the way.		Release the spring bar and the strap by pushing down the shoulder of the spring bar.		MOUNTING NEW STRAP Insert the spring bar into your new watch strap. The spring bar in the strap should be mounted into the two pinholes at watch lug. Insert one end of the spring bar into one pinhole.



	Compress the other end.		Snap it into the other pinhole.		Make sure spring bar is securely locked.

Put on a 'DF' or 'DFPB' Deployment buckle


	Connect the buckle end of the strap to this end of the deployment buckle		Open the deployment compartment on the other end



	Insert the long strap through the compartment. Close the compartment with the buckle pin locked into one of the adjustment holes of the strap.		Deployment buckle is now attached to the strap.
